Perfect amount of space for three of us to stay. Very peaceful setting with a slight view of the lake. The location was very convenient to wineries. I especially appreciated the ability to bring my dog with me! Colin was extremely responsive and an excellent host. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer! It was the perfect place for a quick getaway. Easy drive to all the wineries and restaurants. Great little place to stay!

We had an amazing weekend in the Finger Lakes! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, with so many wineries and breweries nearby. The home was comfortable and made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, which we truly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

The Farmhouse was a perfect spot for a little getaway with my wife, daughter, and hound dog. There are multiple wineries within miles. The yard was spacious and we'll kept. The fitepit was perfect size and was fun to hang out around at night. The coffee bar was super cool and makes me want to build one in my own home. I would highly recommend staying at The Farmhouse.

Comfortable place to stay that was conveniently located to wineries, cheese places and Ithaca even. We spent an evening in Geneva and an evening in Ithaca and this location was reasonably placed from both. It was spacious enough for us and we enjoyed having access to a kitchen to cook breakfast.

My boyfriend and I take an annual April vacation and this year we decided on the finger lakes. I found this place and fell in love with it. We love the fact that it had a fire pit that we could use, and we love the coffee nook!!

Our stay in this home was wonderful . The location is great to visit some of the local wineries and to go into Watkins for dinner and some fun experiences there. The house was clean, decorated beautifully, and there were several thoughtful amenities provided. Colin is a great host and was very accommodating. Communication was great and Colin was responsive in a timely manner to ensure that we had the best stay.

This place was perfect for our little Easter get-away with our family! We felt right at home and the Easter bunny found us! Colin was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was close to all the places we love by the lake.

The Lakehouse was stunning right as you walked in! It looks exactly like the pictures! The coffee bar was a really cool touch and although the weather didn’t hold up for a fire, I loved being able to have a personal fire pit if it did! Colin was extremely flexible and was able to get me into a property last minute which was really appreciated! As soon as you get approved, Colin shares a guide book that includes all of the local activities and restaurants you can do which was very helpful when looking for local wineries, breweries, and distilleries. This was very helpful for me as I am not from the area. When I come back up to the area, I will definitely be looking forward to staying in another one of Colin’s properties too!
