House Rules

- Maximum occupancy is 4 adults -This property is on a septic system, do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet as it will cause a clog and damage the system. No wipes or any other hygiene products should be flushed - You may smoke only outside. If it is discovered that a guest smoked inside, guest will be charged an additional $750 cleaning fee, plus any damages. -No unauthorized guests/visitors. All guests/visitors must be approved by the host. Any unauthorized guests/visitors will be charged $200 per person. -We have external security cameras on our property to ensure the safety of all guests. Do not tamper with the cameras or cover them up in any way. Non-compliance will result in guest removal from the property and the entire reservation being canceled without a refund. -No fireworks of any kind are allowed to be set off on our property. -Any guest booking our property through their Airbnb account must be staying as a guest on the property. -Please be mindful of our quiet hours: 10 PM-8 AM - No EV charging without prior host approval

Guest Access

Guests will enjoy the entire rental unit (one side of the duplex) with the exception of the locked owners closet. In addition, guests have access to their own firepit area with four adirondack chairs. Just follow the gravel pathway from your front porch! We conveniently utilize smart locks for simple, front door entry to the unit.

Highly recommend Colin's place. We were visiting for a wedding in the Finger Lakes and it was perfectly situated so we could get to every event easily. The unit had everything we needed, including many thoughtful touches for guests. Colin was particularly responsive and generous. If we find ourselves back in the area we would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I take an annual April vacation and this year we decided on the finger lakes. I found this place and fell in love with it. We love the fact that it had a fire pit that we could use, and we love the coffee nook!!

10/10 Recommend The Cork Cottage and or any other properties Colin has. For a quick trip from NC that was decided the day of, Colin was very responsive from the beginning. Any concern or question was answered almost immediately. The place was absolutely perfect, clean and comfy for our family of four and our Golden. Only recommendation I could give... in the winter months have the heat turned up the arrival day of guest. Though I completely understand the reasoning of having it low, it was pretty chilly. All and all a perfect trip to Lodi. Can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outside amenities. Thank you Colin!!
