House Rules

-This property is on a septic system, do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet as it will cause a clog and damage the system. No wipes or any other hygiene products should be flushed - You may smoke only outside. If it is discovered that a guest smoked inside, guest will be charged an additional $750 cleaning fee, plus any damages. -No unauthorized guests/visitors. All guests/visitors must be approved by the host. Any unauthorized guests/visitors will be charged $200 per person. -We have external security cameras on our property to ensure the safety of all guests. Do not tamper with the cameras or cover them up in any way. Non-compliance will result in guest removal from the property and the entire reservation being canceled without a refund. -No fireworks of any kind are allowed to be set off on our property. -Any guest booking our property through their Airbnb account must be staying as a guest on the property. -Please be mindful of our quiet hours: 10 PM-8 AM - No EV charging without host approval

I booked Colin’s place pretty last minute and he was very responsive and helpful to get booked. The location is very convenient to most places on Seneca Lake and over to Cayuga Lake. The space was perfect for the two of us on a short trip, but could certainly accommodate up to four people comfortably. This is a great place and I would certainly stay again and recommend it to others!

We were very impressed with how responsive and easy Colin was to communicate with. We have stayed on Seneca lake before and this Air BnB was the perfect distance to our favorite wineries and local restaurants in the nearby area, and only a short drive to Geneva. The highlight of the place was how quiet and private the property was, as well as the amenities of the coffee bar and the fire pit. As we love to plan trips to the Finger Lakes, we look forward to reserving Colin’s property in the future.

Truly a hidden GEM of the finger lakes! We traveled here for our May 4th wedding and Colin was an OUTSTANDING host! From accomodating an early check in, to checking in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed we will definitely stay here again when we return for an anniversary trip.

We had an amazing weekend in the Finger Lakes! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, with so many wineries and breweries nearby. The home was comfortable and made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, which we truly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
